
Judith Patricia Hehir, Esquire, has managed her own private law practice in San Francisco, California since 1986. Though a
boutique firm, Hehir Esquire represents individuals and various corporate entities on complex legal, tax and business issues.
Judith's expertise includes estate planning, trust administration and probate law.
Judith serves on a panel of attorneys appointed by the San Francisco Superior Court Probate Department to act as court-appointed
counsel in San Francisco and Marin Counties.
Judith has conducted seminars on estate planning and related topics for individuals, attorneys, and professional groups.
She was invited to deliver a presentation on charitable giving on behalf of the National University of Ireland at Galway.
Currently, Judith serves as a representative of the "People and Places" network for the National University of Ireland at
Galway.
Judith has served and continued to serve on numerous nonprofit boards in the Bay Area; she takes pride in her community
involvement.
Judith was admitted to the State Bar of California in December 1984. She received her law degree from the University of San
Francisco in 1984. She graduated from the University of California, Davis, in 1981 with a B.S. in Agricultural Economics.
Judith is a fifth-generation San Francisco native. Currently, she lives in Marin County, California with her husband and
two children. When not at work, Judith spends time with her family. She enjoys the outdoors and is an avid downhill skier.
She also loves to read, especially mystery novels.
